Job summary

Cimplifi, a leading integrated legal services provider, seeks a Director of ED Project Management to guide the PM Team under the Vice President, Client Delivery. You will plan, monitor, and manage internal and external communications for global eDiscovery matters, driving exceptional client experience and adherence to Cimplifi workflows.

Ideal candidates have a JD or LLM preferred, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least five years in eDiscovery PM with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery project management experience with an eDiscovery services provider.
• At least 2 years leading an eDiscovery team on large-scale global matters.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate a high-performing team.
• Experience supporting sales in client-facing meetings.
• Ability to use metrics to identify improvements and automate workflows.
• Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Delivers strategic, and results-oriented leadership to promote team and individual excellence.
• Drives team results in technology, workflow and process proficiency, issue resolution, and department and/or company objectives and initiatives.
• Drives documentation and regulation of Cimplifi PM standards, as well as with project workflow tasks.
• Hire, coach, mentor, and develop project management team members, including leading pod member onboarding and supplying quarterly career development sessions.
• Track team utilization and ensure proper resourcing for all projects assigned to pod.
• Works with leadership to establish the "Cimplifi Way" of Professional Services.
• Ensures consistency across all PMs in consultative communication and standards.
• Provides client support to project management team, particularly with high profile matters, though workflow guidance and/or handling client escalations.
• Collaborates with Sales as necessary.
