Qualifications

• 3+ years in eDiscovery project management (law firm, in-house or service provider).
• 3+ years with eDiscovery platforms (DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, or Reveal).
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking for complex technical challenges.
• Adaptable to changing scope and evolving legal tech.
• Willingness to work in an AI-driven legal tech culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary independent contact managing moderate-to-high complexity matters from kickoff to closeout; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical hurdles.
• Provide tactical guidance to Associate PMs and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Design and implement robust review workflows and oversee database administration; translate client feedback into actionable feature requests for DISCO’s product and engineering teams.
