Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams for customer-facing ecommerce web or mobile experiences.
• Background in platform migration, replatforming, modernization, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of modern commerce platforms.
• Able to translate business objectives into engineering strategy and teams.
• Experience developing engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Strong planning, risk management, and delivery measurement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution for customer-facing ecommerce web and mobile experiences.
• Provide leadership for Salesforce Commerce Cloud with a headless implementation.
• Guide teams through platform migration, modernization, and operating model changes.
• Establish ownership, delivery metrics, reliability and maintainability standards.
• Build an operating structure for cart, checkout, content, apps, analytics, and SEO.
• Partner with Product and Design to address customer and business needs.
