The Director of Ecommerce Engineering, Web & Mobile provides strategic and operational leadership for the teams supporting Ashleyfurniture.com and the company’s mobile application experience. Reporting to SVP of IT - Digital Commerce, this position owns engineering leadership for the Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation, Storefront Next transition, web engineering teams, and mobile application support.
This leader will develop a durable engineering operating model that creates clear accountability, predictable execution, reliable systems, and measurable results. The position will work closely with Product, Design, Delivery, Quality Assurance, Analytics, SEO/GEO, Retail Integrations, and business partners to ensure engineering investment supports customer experience, conversion, platform stability, and broader business objectives.

Salary Rate: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
