My clients are a leader in men's apparel, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-Commerce, primarily through Shopify. Their main market is Thailand, where they are looking to scale significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale our D2C e-Commerce website, focusing on increasing traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales.
- Consumer Journey Optimization: Oversee and optimize the consumer journey from click to conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Serve as a strategic bridge between the creative and paid ads teams, working closely with the internal D2C communications team to create high-conversion ads and effective marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Performance Monitoring: Use strong analytical skills to monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights to drive growth. Provide daily reporting on revenue, CAC, LTV, and cost per channel.
- Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage high-impact ad campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand and growth objectives. Manage budget allocation across marketing channels.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to increase the percentage of website visitors who complete desired actions, enhancing overall conversion rates.
- Market Insights and Trend Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
- Relentless desire for profitable growth. Cries if profitability is down.
- Proven track record of scaling brands online, particularly within the Thai market. Experience in international markets (Asia or USA) is a plus.
- Extreme work ethic and "get shit done" attitude.
- Strong experience with Shopify, Shopify plugins, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Humble and excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Thai language preferred, but open to qualified foreign candidates.
