Our client is seeking an Omnichannel Program Communications Lead who will manage the flow of information across multiple channels, support content development for the company intranet, and collaborate with the Marketing team to align on external campaigns and initiatives.

This is a 2-year contract that can be done remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement internal and external communication strategies that align with business goals.
• Serve as the central point of contact for communications from the Omnichannel Product & Services teams.
• Develop and manage content across various platforms, including email, intranet, newsletters, and presentations.
• Support internal meetings and events with clear, engaging communication materials.
• Partner with the Marketing team to support external campaigns and customer-facing initiatives.
• Ensure version control and audience-specific messaging across all communication materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
• Monitor communication performance and adjust strategies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in omnichannel or digital product environments.
• Proven ability to develop and implement communication strategies across diverse teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
