Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee and execute digital campaigns across paid search, social media, and email marketing.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of eCommerce and CPG industry trends to refine strategy.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team.
• Platform Management: Ensure a seamless user experience across eCommerce platforms.
• Customer Experience Optimization: Enhance product merchandising and create personalized shopping experiences.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years eCommerce experience.
• 6+ years managing and building Walmart environments.
• Expertise ineCommerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify).
• 6+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns and social media marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Base salary up to $160K
• Performance-based bonus
