Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are a popular global lifestyle brand, seeking a Director of eCommerce to lead and scale our Shopify Plus storefront. This role will own the digital growth strategy, oversee site performance, and drive conversion across DTC operations in the region.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Shopify Plus DTC growth strategy, aligned with global goals.
• Lead revenue, conversion, and site performance optimization across mobile and desktop.
• Manage and grow a cross-functional eCommerce team (front-end devs, UX, merch).
• Oversee 3PL and fulfillment operations to ensure efficient, on-brand delivery experiences.
• Collaborate with global eComm, marketing, creative, and IT teams on launches and improvements.
• Leverage analytics to drive CRO, UX/UI enhancements, and personalized experiences.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in DTC eCommerce, with ideally 3+ years in a director-level role.
• Must have hands-on Shopify Plus experience, including platform optimization and app integrations.
• Strong team leadership and project management skills in a cross-functional, global setting.
• Experience managing eCommerce fulfillment, including 3PL relationships.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of improving KPIs (conversion, AOV, retention).
