Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience within an echocardiography laboratory.
• Experience with accreditation activities, quality management, and laboratory performance improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of echocardiography and cardiovascular ultrasound services across multiple clinical sites.
• Oversees staffing, performance issues, and staff development in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Oversees accreditation activities, quality metrics, and workflow optimization to achieve departmental goals.
