Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL is seeking a senior echocardiography operations manager to lead the daily conduct of the Adult Echocardiography service line. You will align with program and organizational objectives, supervise staff, and coordinate scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and education for trainees and staff.

The role requires expert cardiac imaging knowledge (3D, myocardial mechanics) and a track record of leadership, quality improvement, and collaboration with physicians

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound imaging program.
• ARDMS/CCI cardiac certifications required.
• Five years of adult imaging experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Manages the daily operations of the Adult Echocardiography service line and ensures alignment with program and organizational objectives.
• Leads staffing, performance management, scheduling, payroll and staff engagement; trains and coaches staff.
• Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective, efficient patient outcomes and QA/QI initiatives.
