Job summary

ADT Security Services seeks a Manager, DX & Media PMO to lead day-to-day project management and operational execution across the Digital Experience and Media organization. You’ll translate strategy into executable plans, manage risks, and provide executive-ready status updates.

You will partner with Communications, Marketing Operations, and enterprise stakeholders to align priorities, improve speed and quality of delivery, and drive governance across communications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management within Communications, Marketing, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and technologies, with the ability to align them with business objectives.
• Proven ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the DX & Media PMO operating model, including intake, prioritization, planning, and execution standards across all communications workstreams.
• Lead sprint ceremonies across-functional group focused on e-commerce, and coordinate stand-ups, sprint planning, and monthly demos and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans defining scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical path.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and resourcing conflicts; drive mitigation plans and escalate with options and recommendations.
• Establish governance routines, operating cadence, and execution discipline to ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and decision-making.
• Partner with Communications leaders, Marketing Operations, GTM PMO, Communications PMO, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to align sequencing, messaging, and delivery.
• Provide concise, executive-ready reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Design and continuously improve processes, templates, and tools that increase predictability, efficiency, and speed to market.
• Define and track delivery metrics to assess execution health, capacity, and throughput.
• Contribute to broader Marketing & Communications Operations initiatives and process improvements.
