Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 20+ years of semiconductor industry experience with significant ASIC/SoC development expertise.
• 8+ years of leadership experience directing large engineering organizations and senior technical leaders.
• Proven track record delivering multiple ASIC/SoC programs from concept through production.
• Deep understanding of ASIC development flows and external stakeholder engagement.
• Strong customer-facing experience supporting executive-level discussions and strategic engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term strategy, roadmap, and growth objectives for TEL's DMS to launch a new business model.
• Own business performance including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction; partner with executives on investments and opportunities.
• Oversee all ASIC/SoC development phases from concept to production release; drive design teams across architecture, RTL, verification, physical design, DFT, and silicon bring-up.
• Ensure successful tape-outs, product launches, and quality across multiple foundries and process nodes.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers; collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development to drive revenue and engagements.
• Establish governance, programs, and metrics; manage budgets, staffing, and risk; drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering leaders; foster a culture of innovation and accountability across global teams.
• Represent TEL in customer forums and industry events; build partnerships with foundries, IP providers, EDA vendors, and ecosystem partners.
