Job summary

Wayve is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management for Driver Out in Sunnyvale. You will own the multi-year program to operationalise Wayve's autonomy technology, from pilot demonstrations to productised services on public roads.

You will lead an org-wide TPM function spanning safety, system architecture, V&V, and cross-functional teams, partnering with OEMs and partners to align scope, sequencing, and readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex programs in senior/leadership roles.
• Extensive AV/robotics program experience with safety-critical contexts.
• Safety-critical delivery experience including safety cases, validation, SIo 26262, SOTIF.

Responsibilities

• Own the Driver Out program end-to-end from planning to delivery on public roads.
• Lead the TPM organization and define operating model across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with engineering, safety, product and partners to align scope and readiness.
