Job summary

Renown Health Foundation seeks a Director of Donor Stewardship to lead donor stewardship and annual giving strategy across the organization. This role partners with Marketing and Communications to align stories, campaigns, and branding while ensuring donor privacy and data security.

The Director will translate mission and priorities into compelling donor journeys, manage multi-channel fundraising, and drive revenue growth through engaged and renewed giving across all donor segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Seven years of experience in annual giving/donor relations/stewardship/digital fundraising.
• Experience in healthcare philanthropy and leading cross‑functional strategies preferred.
• Experience in leading staff, vendors and budgets.
• Data-informed improvement and donor segmentation experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy for donor stewardship and annual giving.
• Design donor journey across acquisition, acknowledgment, recognition and renewal.
• Build annual giving plan and calendar with audiences, goals and budgets.
• Lead multi‑channel giving experiences (direct mail, email, web, social, giving days, online giving).
• Lead donor acquisition, renewal, reactivation, recurring giving, and upgrades.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for donor metrics and revenue performance.
