Job summary

Renown Health Foundation is seeking a Director of Donor Stewardship to lead donor stewardship and annual giving across the foundation. You will translate mission and campaign priorities into donor-centric programs spanning direct mail, digital fundraising, storytelling, and impact reporting.

Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, you will build an integrated donor journey, set standards, dashboards, and KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and frontline fundraisers to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in philanthropy, communications, marketing, public relations, business, healthcare administration or related field required; master’s preferred.
• Seven years of annual giving, donor relations and related nonprofit work required; healthcare philanthropy preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategies, staff, budgets and data-informed improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategy for donor stewardship and annual giving in alignment with Renown’s plans.
• Design an integrated donor journey from acquisition to long‑term engagement and reporting.
• Build the annual giving plan and calendar with audiences, goals, budgets, channels and success metrics.
• Lead donor acquisition, renewal, reactivation, recurring giving, and upgrades to strengthen the pipeline.
• Use donor data to segment audiences, personalize communications, and test offers and cadence.
