AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Director, Distribution Execution & Transformation to partner with the EVP Field Operations and senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into measurable results across the Independent Agent and Broker distribution channels.

The role combines strategic thinking with execution discipline, leading cross‑functional initiatives across Distribution, Sales, Underwriting and Client Experience to accelerate performance and build scalable processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance distribution, strategy, operations, consulting, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Independent Agent and Broker channels.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Experience developing business cases and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with data-to-insight capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive & field leadership to shape and execute strategic priorities.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Distribution, Sales, Underwriting, Client Experience & Operations.
• Translate business strategies into actionable plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Establish measurement and accountability frameworks to drive execution.
• Monitor initiative performance, track business outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support strategic planning, business case development, and investment prioritization.
• Provide executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision support.
