The role combines strategic thinking with execution discipline, leading cross‑functional initiatives across Distribution, Sales, Underwriting and Client Experience to accelerate performance and build scalable processes

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance distribution, strategy, operations, consulting, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of Independent Agent and Broker channels.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong cross-functional leadership to drive thorough execution, accelerate organizational performance and build sustainable processes and workflows for large field underwriting, sales and client experience teams.
