Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead our dining program, ensure exceptional hospitality, and manage food production, menus, safety, and budgeting. This role reports to the Executive Director and requires a strong leadership presence to mentor a diverse team across multiple shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in dining or hospitality leadership, ServSafe certification, proficiency with MS Office, and a commitment to MBK’s values of trust, high standards,

Qualifications

• ServSafe and Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Background clearances, health screening and TB test results within the first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining program to ensure outstanding hospitality and high‑quality experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Oversee food production, menu development, safety compliance and departmental budgets.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing dining services team.
