Job Summary

The Director of Dining Services will be the on-site lead for hospitality and operational excellence for a corporate client. The role involves managing foodservice operations, ensuring client and guest satisfaction, leading a team, and maintaining financial success. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with daytime and evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful daily foodservice operations
• Maintain high client and guest satisfaction
• Manage a team of salaried and hourly staff
• Ensure financial performance of the account
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; address issues

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of foodservice management experience
• Knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality, safety, presentation
• Leadership, management, and coaching skills
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
