Job Summary

As a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee daily operations for a potential new K12 school district's food service account in Newark, NJ. Your responsibilities include managing and leading a team, maintaining client relations, and ensuring high-quality food offerings. Specific duties include:

• Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborating with the Chef and management team to create menus and ensure top-quality food
• Overseeing all P&L and budgeting aspects of the account
• Implementing new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications

• BS degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred
• 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience
• High-volume production and catering experience required
• Previous budget management experience
• Desire to grow with a leading foodservice company
