JPMorgan Chase is seeking a strategic Head of Dining, Lifestyle & Cards Analytics to set the analytics vision for premium offerings and to guide product design and customer strategy. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with Leaders across Dining, The Infatuation, and Chase Lounges to shape portfolio performance.

The role demands 10+ years of applied analytics experience, senior leadership in matrixed environments, and strong expertise in product analytics and segmentation.

Competenze

• Formal training or certification on analytics concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing managers and analysts.
• Deep understanding of card portfolio economics and profitability drivers.
• Expertise in product analytics and lifecycle performance management.
• Strong capabilities in customer segmentation and behavioral analytics.
• Expertise in experimentation design and measurement methodologies.
• Experience using AI/ML to modernize analytics with governance.
• Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence decision makers in a fast-paced matrixed org.
• Experience in premium cards or related ecosystems is a plus.
