Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a senior leader to head Card Customer Analytics & AI Enablement. You will guide a team of analytics leaders, data scientists, and analysts, shaping product strategy, customer experience, and competitive positioning across the Card portfolio.

You will translate business problems into analytical frameworks, drive AI/analytics strategy across domains, and develop organizational capability with inclusive leadership and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• 10+ years analytics experience in a senior leadership role.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary analytics teams.
• Knowledge of GenAI and large language models.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R; familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks.
• Experience driving AI/analytics strategy across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI/analytics strategy for Card D&A across high-value opportunities.
• Stay current on AI/ML techniques and evaluate tools for practical use.
• Partner with Data, Product, Technology, Risk, and Finance to deliver AI/ML solutions from ideation to production.
• Lead analytics supporting customer experience, benefits, product design, and pricing strategies.
• Drive measurement frameworks, experiments, and personalization strategies.
