Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in analytics concepts and at least 10 years of applied experience.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing managers and analysts with driving vision and talent development.
• Deep understanding of card portfolio economics, profitability drivers, and risk-adjusted performance.
• Experience in product analytics and lifecycle performance management across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Strong capability in translating insights into actionable product decisions and strategy.
• Expertise in designing experiments and measuring outcomes with a causal inference mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year analytics vision and operating roadmap across dining, lifestyle experiences, and premium portfolios.
• Provide analytic leadership for product and benefit design, translating customer needs into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and retain a team of managers and analysts with standards for rigor, impact, and accountability.
• Leverage AI/ML to modernize analytics workflows with governance and controls.
• Establish executive-ready performance management across profitability drivers and portfolio health.
• Build measurement frameworks connecting ecosystem performance to card portfolio outcomes.
• Partner with experiments and product teams to design controlled tests and derive causal insights.
• Collaborate across product, marketing, finance, risk, and operations to align priorities.
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented insights to senior leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends and opportunities to innovate in measurement and customer analytics.
