Job summary

Vi in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead all food and beverage operations across Vi's care venues, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming experience for Residents and guests.

This role requires a strong leadership background in upscale dining, budgeting, staff development, and compliance with health and sanitation standards; the successful candidate will drive training, schedules, and guest satisfaction in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive F&B operations management experience in upscale settings.
• Budgeting, reporting, training and staff management skills required.
• Current health/sanitation certification; CDM/CFBE a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of dining services across Vi's care venues.
• Lead hospitaliti focus to provide a high-quality welcoming experience.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, training, and vendor relations.
