Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting seeks a Director of Digital Solutions & Analytics to drive enterprise application development, analytics, automation, and digital transformation. You will shape technology strategy, build scalable solutions, and lead teams responsible for software delivery and enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading software, applications, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and developing talent.
• Experience with enterprise applications, data and analytics, cloud technologies, integrations, and automation.
• Strong executive presence with communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities.
• Lead application development, systems integration, automation, and enterprise analytics programs.
• Build and mature Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery practices.
• Champion business intelligence, KPI development, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Drive adoption of trusted data and technology solutions across the organization.
• Lead and develop a team of managers, engineers, analysts, and technical partners.
• Influence strategic decisions through technology innovation, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
