You will shape technology strategy, build scalable solutions, and lead teams responsible for software delivery and enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading software, applications, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Southwest Minneapolis Suburbs

• 1/2 days onsite - 3/4 day remote

Salary

$155K+ bonus

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of experience leading software, applications, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and developing talent.
• Strong experience with enterprise applications, data and analytics, cloud technologies, integrations, and automation.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, SDLC, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience building roadmaps, managing technology portfolios, and delivering measurable business value.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
