Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a System Director, Digital Technology to lead enterprise data management, analytics platforms, and AI initiatives. This role partners with Information Systems, Informatics, and organizational leadership to optimize patient experiences, workforce effectiveness, and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in information systems, computer science, data science or related field.
Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
7+ years in healthcare technology, data analytics, AI or informatics.
3+ years of leadership leading cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead AI product evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption aligned with clinical and operational priorities.
Own enterprise data management strategy and Microsoft Fabric platform roadmap.
Guide consumer technology strategies and Epic digital capabilities with cross‑functional teams.
Drive digital innovation initiatives, pilots, and scalable implementations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics, governance, and technology roadmaps.
