Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field (Preferred).
• 7 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare technology, data management, analytics, artificial intelligence, or related areas (Required).
• 3 years leadership experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through collaboration and influence (Required).
• 2 years experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and cloud-based data architectures in healthcare environments (Required).
• 2 years experience with Epic patient engagement, consumer-facing, population health, and analytics technologies (Preferred).
• 2 years experience supporting an analytics community of practice or federated analytics model (Required).

Responsibilities

• Artificial Intelligence Product Selection, Implementation, and Adoption: identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI products aligned with priorities.
• Data Management, Analytics Platforms, and Microsoft Fabric Leadership: own enterprise data management capabilities and lead Fabric roadmap.
• Consumer Technology and Epic Digital Capabilities: lead evaluation, implementation, adoption, and optimization of consumer-facing tech.
• Digital Innovation and Emerging Technology: evaluate technologies, lead pilots, and develop business cases for digital investments.
• Enterprise Collaboration and Adoption: partner with Applications, IT Infrastructure, Informatics, and Population Health to enable adoption.
• Leadership and Organizational Development: recruit, mentor, set goals, and elevate analytics capabilities across the organization.
