Job summary

Phillips Medisize, LLC seeks a Digital Business Partner Director in Hudson, WI to own the division's digital strategy, portfolio, and investment roadmap. You will lead a team of Digital Business Partners and serve as the senior Digital leader on the MPS leadership team, driving measurable business outcomes.

You will ensure digital investments support division goals, deliver value, and align with enterprise standards while partnering with business leaders to translate priorities into action.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business-facing digital or transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to prioritize investments and measure business value.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and working in global matrices.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the MPS digital strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Own the digital portfolio including prioritization, funding, sequencing, governance, and value realization.
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Digital Business Partners.
• Collaborate with product, program, and delivery teams to implement digital initiatives.
• Promote data-driven decision making and align with enterprise standards.
