Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Koch/Molex company, seeks a Digital Business Partner Director in Hudson, WI. You will own the division’s digital strategy, portfolio, and investment roadmap, serving as the senior digital leader on the MPS leadership team to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead a team of Digital Business Partners, align digital investments with division goals, and collaborate with product, program, and delivery teams to deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, operations or supply chain.
• 10+ years leading business-facing digital or transformation orgs with strategy, investments and outcomes.
• 5+ years leading teams of professionals.
• Experience owning a business-facing digital/tech portfolio with budgeting, prioritization and value measurement.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive teams.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global org.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead MPS digital strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities to create long-term business value.
• Serve as senior Digital leader on the MPS leadership team and influence strategy and funding decisions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology, data, automation, and AI to improve growth and efficiency.
• Own the MPS digital portfolio: prioritization, funding, sequencing, governance, value realization.
• Build partnerships to translate priorities into actionable digital plans and tech-enabled solutions.
• Lead and coach a team of Digital Business Partners and develop organizational capability.
• Collaborate with product/program/delivery teams to implement initiatives and achieve outcomes.
• Promote data-driven decision making and accountability for digital value across the division.
• Ensure initiatives align with enterprise standards and regulatory, cybersecurity, governance, and risk requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report to leadership.
