Golin Ketchum is seeking a Director, Digital Strategy to lead strategic PESO campaigns and partner with client Communications and Marketing teams to drive integrated outcomes. You will shape campaigns, present to executives, and ensure delivery across paid, earned, shared, and owned media.

Formed in 2026 from two mergers, the agency combines creative and data-driven insights to deliver high-impact work for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
7+ years of strategic communications and integrated marketing experience.
Proven ability to manage fast-paced, multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines.
Strong PESO strategy understanding and governance experience.
Experience directing cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Strategic PESO Campaign Program Management: translate client goals into breakthrough integrated campaigns.
Governance, Reporting and Optimization: establish processes, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
Client Leadership and Strategic Counsel: act as trusted partner and provide strategic guidance.
Operational Excellence and Team Leadership: lead and inspire cross-functional teams, mentor talent.
Brand Consistency and Integrated Execution: ensure campaigns align with brand standards across touchpoints.
