American Consumer Credit Counseling in Newton, MA, seeks a Director of Digital & Product Management to lead the digital product strategy and lifecycle from discovery through adoption. You will own the digital roadmap, partner with IT and business units, and coach a team to deliver accessible, compliant solutions that improve client experiences and operations.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of digital product management, strategy, or transformation experience.
• Experience leading digital products from concept to launch and ongoing improvement.
• Experience partnering with technology, operations, marketing, compliance, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital product vision and multiyear roadmap aligned to organizational priorities.
• Establish product goals, outcomes, success measures, and value propositions with business leaders.
• Prioritize digital product requests based on strategy, user impact, risk, effort, and value.
• Balance new development with enhancements, regulatory requirements, platform maintenance, and defects.
• Improve digital client experiences, employee tools, self-service capabilities, and workflows.
• Partner with IT to document requirements, manage dependencies, and support delivery.
• Oversee testing, launch readiness, communications, training, implementation, and support.
