Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead digital acquisition and loan servicing journeys across Personal Loans and HELOCs. You will guide a team of PMs, blend strategic vision with hands-on technical delivery, and partner with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to build scalable, compliant products.
The role offers hybrid and remote work opportunities across the US, with a strong emphasis on coaching and growing capability
Formación
- 10+ years of proven product management experience delivering complex, consumer-facing digital products, with at least 3-5 years in a Product Leadership capacity.
- Deep domain expertise in consumer lending (Personal Loans, Mortgages/HELOCs, or debt consolidation/acceleration). Direct experience with LOS systems, servicing platforms, digital underwriting, and credit bureau integrations.
Responsabilidades
- Refine Strategic Vision for Digital Experience and own long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Acquisition & Loan Servicing across Achieve Lending products.
- Lead multi-functional product squads at a strategic level while staying close to architecture, backlog, and technical specs to act as a hands-on technical product leader.
- Design integrated acquisition, origination, and servicing journeys to unify onboarding, automated decisioning, documentation, and post-origination servicing.
