American Consumer Credit Counseling seeks a Director of Product & Technology to lead the end-to-end build and ongoing evolution of ACCC’s digital platform for the Newton, MA headquarters. This is a hands-on, builder role overseeing architecture, UI/UX, APIs, infrastructure, and AI-based data solutions to enable growth and scale.

You will own the platform roadmap, manage vendors and partners, coordinate UI/UX, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure accessibility, security, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in digital product management or software development with hands-on technical work.
• Experience with web development, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML-based data solutions.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience building products in startup/0-to-1 environments.
• Leadership of digital products from concept to launch.
