MGM Resorts International is seeking a Director of Digital Platform Services to lead cloud engineering, deployment automation, and developer experience platforms across our enterprise IT ecosystem. This role aligns technology strategy with business goals, driving efficiency, security, and innovation in a complex, multi-cloud environment.

You will manage a Platform Services team, define platform engineering strategies, and build automated pipelines that accelerate delivery while ensuring

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in cloud engineering and operations within large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with deep expertise in cloud services, infrastructure, and platform operations.
• Proven track record of collaborating with infrastructure and application delivery teams to design and implement integrated, scalable IT solutions.
• Professional certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect.
• Demonstrated success in implementing automation within cloud environments, including hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools.
• Strong background in technical project management, strategic planning, and leading digital transformation initiatives in cloud-first or hybrid IT organizations.

THE JOB:

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$117,600.00 - $156,800.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s equity plan.
