Job summary

PENN Interactive is seeking a Director of Product to lead our Core Products organization across Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools. You will own the strategy, supervise multiple product teams, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Compliance, Risk, and business leaders to improve customer experience and drive growth.

You will guide product managers and ICs, shape roadmaps, and align with senior stakeholders to balance growth, risk, and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in product management.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience setting product strategy and translating it into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Core Products across Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and product leaders, creating clear ownership and accountability across the portfolio.
• Own critical customer journeys including registration, identity verification, account access, funding, withdrawals, and account management.
• Build shared capabilities that support PENN’s online Sportsbook and Casino businesses and connect digital and retail experiences.
• Improve payment performance and customer funding experiences while partnering with Fraud and Risk teams.
• Partner with Compliance and Responsible Gaming teams to build regulatory and customer-protection requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Modernize internal tools and workflows for Customer Support, VIP, Fraud, Compliance, and Operations.
• Establish KPIs and use data and business impact to prioritize investments and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering on platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and third-party integrations.
