Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in payments including online/mobile banking, ACH, ATM, debit, credit, wires.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations, compliance and risk management in digital payments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and vision for the digital payments function.
• Provide strategic oversight for all aspects of the digital payments function.
• Mentor department leadership and provide performance feedback.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and refine processes.
• Oversee initiation and implementation of new directives, policies and procedures.
