The Director of Digital Engineering will lead the development of our Digital integration platforms, BFF architecture, mobile/web solutions, and AI initiatives. This role collaborates with CTO/CIO and executive leadership to drive a secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as a developer in integration, web and mobile technologies.
• 3+ years managing and building development teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more of Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, Rails.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and strategic leadership in architecture for integration, BFF, and AI initiatives.
• Write production-grade code and lead by example.
• Partner with business functions to deliver web and mobile solutions through technology enablement.
• Collaborate with internal/external developers and vendors to evolve digital platforms.
• Lead vendor management across onshore, nearshore, and offshore partners.
• Set goals, priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Foster innovation, accountability and compliance across security practices.
• Create a customer-focused environment supporting operational and strategic project work.
