Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Digital IT Program Manager in the United States to lead programs across the Digital Technology portfolio. The role includes directing multiple projects, managing budgets and schedules, and guiding PMO practices.

You will drive change management, governance, and AI-enabled initiatives in partnership with delivery, product, and engineering teams. The position emphasizes collaboration with executives, cross-functional teams, and vendors to deliver complex programs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related discipline or equivalent Project Management certification.
10+ years of experience in a Project and/or Program Management role with a strong background in team development and PMO.
Experience leading large IT programs and complex projects across multiple teams.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and other SDLC models.

Responsibilities

Lead programs and investments across the Digital Technology portfolio, coordinating multiple projects of varying complexity.
Oversee program budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships; deliver status to executives.
Manage risks, issues, changes, and governance aligned with the PMO framework.
Drive transformation initiatives for digital operating model adoption and AI-enabled initiatives.
