Preferred Travel Group is seeking a Director of AI & Data Product in New York. Lead AI and data product strategy across its global luxury hotel brands, shaping a next-generation digital experience.

Expect ownership of the AI roadmap, GEO and CDP initiatives, and AI-enabled guest experiences that boost engagement and revenue. You will drive conversational AI, governance, and data platform architecture while partnering with IT, Data, and Engineering teams to align with business goals and guest

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical product management, with AI/ML focus.
• Understanding of Large Language Models, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on product ownership with data platforms or data warehouses.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and identity resolution.
• Proven ability to translate AI concepts into business value and ROI.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute GEO strategy, enabling AI-driven discoverability.
• Structure data for AI ingestion and RAG architectures; define schemas and entity disambiguation.
• Define and track GEO performance metrics and AI-enabled discoverability.
• Own the roadmap for PTG's data foundation and CDP as a product.
• Lead deployment of AI chat interfaces across web and mobile; integrate with loyalty/booking.
• Oversee data governance and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Prototype and pitch new AI capabilities to drive revenue and efficiency.
