Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation seeks an experienced Director of Digital Commerce to lead commercialization, growth, and operations for digital photo products and commerce initiatives. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, commercialization, product management, business operations, or general management.
• Demonstrated experience owning business performance and P&L accountability.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall business performance, including revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of financial objectives.
• Develop annual operating plans and long-range business forecasts.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop executive-level reporting, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead day-to-day management of commerce initiatives across Marketing, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
