Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation seeks an experienced Director, Digital Commerce to lead the commercialization, growth, and operational execution of digital photo products and commerce initiatives.

The role owns the business performance, financial management, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Sales to drive revenue and exemplary customer experience. A highly collaborative, commercially minded leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, commercialization, product management, business operations, or general management.
• Demonstrated experience owning business performance and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own overall business performance, including revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and attainment of financial objectives.
• Lead day-to-day management and execution of commerce initiatives, aligning across business, operations, and technology functions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Finance and Sales to ensure execution against objectives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across commercial, operational, and customer experience functions.
