Job summary

Bonneville Seattle seeks a Director of Audience Development to drive digital audience growth, guide editorial voice, and align content with brand strategies across web, apps, audio, video, and social channels.

You will lead content staff, set editorial vision, and collaborate with Seattle leadership to strengthen brands, expand reach, and grow revenue while ensuring daily operations and strategic initiatives stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large digital content properties and manage teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital audience growth strategies across platforms.
• Establish editorial vision and brand identity for major sites and shows.
• Lead digital content staff with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee content production, editing, publishing, and distribution across web, apps, audio, video, and social.
• Use analytics to define KPIs, measure results, and drive decisions.
• Lead social media strategy and platform-specific best practices.
• Collaborate with programming, sales, and corporate teams to align digital content and revenue opportunities.
• Work with IT to maintain streams, data feeds, and ad servers.
