Bonneville Denver is seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across radio and digital brands. You will recruit and lead a high-performing sales team, set budgets, and craft integrated marketing solutions for clients and partners.

The role requires a proven sales leadership track record, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in multimedia campaigns across radio, web, and social channels. Onsite Denver-based position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, communications, sales, marketing, related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years’ successful sales experience, including two to three years as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract top sales talent.
• Communicate effectively to build and maintain relationships with reps, buyers, planners, and clients.
• Take ownership of budgets and revenue goals and develop strategies to improve sales year-over-year.
• Develop targeted, customer-focused marketing solutions using multiple media products (radio, web, mobile, social).
• Mentor and train the sales team to achieve objectives.
