Job summary

Material Holdings seeks a Director of Analytics to lead measurement, reporting, and advanced analytics for a dedicated client engagement. You will oversee analytics strategy, guide technical implementation, and drive evidence-based investment decisions across marketing and experience priorities.

You will build attribution models, manage automated reporting, and lead a remote team while aligning analytics with business outcomes and client goals.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing analytics in a digital, consulting, or media agency setting.
• Experience connecting paid media and digital analytics data to lead management, CRM stages, customer outcomes, and revenue.
• Strong understanding of lead attribution and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy: define KPI frameworks, baselines, reporting requirements, and plans linking marketing activity to outcomes.
• Connect campaign and lead data: map data to understand lead sources, funnel progression, and conversion quality.
• Develop attribution and modeling: guide lead attribution, multi-touch models, audience segmentation, and propensity analyses.
• Direct reporting and BI: own dashboards, recurring reports, and executive presentations with clear action insights.
• Build scalable report automation: automate data collection, prep, reporting, and quality checks; supervise automation tools.
• Work with cloud data warehouses: use SQL in Snowflake and validate reporting datasets with data engineers.
• Own data quality and governance: document definitions, lineage, and limitations; ensure accuracy.
• Guide implementation and testing: collaborate on tagging, data layers, and QA for campaigns and journeys.
• Lead client delivery and team development: manage priorities, review analysts, and share best practices.
