Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge in Solon, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and ensure meals meet resident dietary needs while coordinating with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

This full-time role requires CDM certification, strong leadership, and experience in food service within long-term care or healthcare settings. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous Dietary Manager or food service leadership experience required
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
