This full-time role requires CDM certification, strong leadership, and experience in food service within long-term care or healthcare settings. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous Dietary Manager or food service leadership experience required
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the dietary team
• Oversee daily kitchen and dining operations
• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident dietary needs
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and food safety regulations
• Manage food ordering, inventory, scheduling, and department budgets
• Partner with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to provide outstanding resident care
