The ideal candidate will have CDM certification, prior dietary management or food service leadership experience, and a strong understanding of food safety standards within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Dietary Manager or food service leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the dietary team
• Oversee daily kitchen and dining operations
• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident dietary needs
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and food safety regulations
• Manage food ordering, inventory, scheduling, and department budgets
• Partner with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to provide outstanding resident care
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
