Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant software delivery across AWS, Palantir Foundry, and SaaS solutions. You will standardize processes, drive automation, and coach a growing team to meet SLA/SLO/SLI targets while addressing vulnerability remediation, legacy sunset plans, and resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading an operations, reliability, or infrastructure team.
• Experience with AWS, on-prem and hybrid cloud, and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of security programs and incident management including CMMC obligations and BISO governance.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the portfolio.
• Lead automation initiatives and reduce manual toil.
• Define and own SLA/SLO/SLI and incident lifecycle reporting.
• Manage legacy sunsetting and AI product integration.
• Oversee on-call rotations, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Lead vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
