Job summary

Catholic Education Arizona is seeking an experienced Director of Development to advance fundraising for the Changing Lives division. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to design and execute comprehensive strategies drawing on major gifts and diverse funding streams to increase revenue for underserved students.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead donor cultivation, campaign planning, and multi-channel fundraising efforts, with a focus on accountability, metrics, and compelling

Qualifications

Seven years’ experience in progressively challenging fundraising roles.
Nonprofit leadership experience with demonstrated goal achievement.
Comfort with public speaking and direct solicitations.
Ability to expand and sustain donor relationships over time.

Responsibilities

Develop donor relationships with individuals and corporations capable of major gifts.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major contributors.
Leverage multi-channel fundraising, sponsorships, and special events to raise awareness and revenue.
Collaborate on marketing, messaging, and online solicitations; engage constituents across channels.
Maintain accurate donor data and build stewardship strategies with staff and board members.
